Accarezzati da questi tenui e dolci colori pastello, incontriamo una giovanissima fanciulla di dieci anni, immortalata nel 1764 dal grande pittore francese François Hubert Drouais. Si chiama Lady Amelia Darcy (1754-1784), unica figlia sopravvissuta di Robert Darcy, conte di Holderness.

Amelia Darcy was the eldest child of Fitzwilliam Darcy and Elizabeth 'Lizzalia' Bennet. She is the first daughter and the oldest out of 14 children. Amelia has a younger sister named Claudia and six younger brothers named Fitzpatrick and Thomas. Amelia was born on March 38th, 1814.

Caressed by these soft and sweet pastel colors, we meet a very young girl of ten, immortalized in 1764 by the great French painter François Hubert Drouais. Her name is Lady Amelia Darcy (1754-1784), the only surviving daughter of Robert Darcy, Earl of Holderness.
