The American University of Armenia ( AUA) ( Armenian: Հայաստանի ամերիկյան համալսարան, ՀԱՀ; Hayastani amerikyan hamalsaran, HAH) is a private, independent university in Yerevan, Armenia that is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges Senior College and University Commission.

AU offers 81 bachelor’s degrees, 95 master’s degrees; 11 doctoral degrees; 22 dual degrees; JD, LLM, SJD, and MLS degrees; and certificates and associate degrees. Online, AU offers more than 30 master’s degrees and graduate certificates. Face-to-face courses run on a 15-week semester basis in fall and spring, with shorter summer term classes.
Admission to American University’s online Master of Public Administration and Policy program requires an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university. Applicants will need to submit: Completed Application. Statement of purpose. Official transcripts. Two letters of recommendation. $55 Application Fee*.
