6 mar 2023 · Se c’è una nazione dove l’espressione “il calcio appartiene ai tifosi” ha diritto di cittadinanza, questa è la Germania.Per via della regola comunemente conosciuta del 50+1, ovvero la norma che permette ai tifosi che sono membri di un club di poter detenere la maggioranza delle quote, è impossibile che la società possa essere interamente acquistata da investitori esterni.

Alten Försterei – stadium description. When the Oberschöneweide football field was created in 1920, it wasn't even within Berlin city limits. Borders changed later that year, moving the pitch to Berlin, but the football club retained its initial name Union Oberschöneweide until 1966.
5 apr 2024 · The approximately 100 metre long grandstand, completely rebuilt from the foundations up, extends over three floors and offers a total of 3,617 seats. In the 2024/2025 season, Union Berlin will move to the Olympiastadion Berlin as the Alte Försterei is being remodelled.
31 mar 2018 · Stadion An Der Alten Forsterei (translated to the stadium next to the old foresters house) opened in 1920. Terraced on three sides there are just 3,617 seats, all located in the main stand (haupttribune). The stadium has been the focus of redevelopments over the last 30 years which have resulted in a modern, bright, and fit-for-purpose stadium.
