Andrew Lansley, former health secretary. Andrew (now Lord) Lansley was secretary of state for health from 2010 to 12, having shadowed the role for six years in opposition. He was leader of the House of Commons between 2012 and 2014. He was the Conservative MP for South Cambridgeshire (1997–2015).
