Andrew James Secombe (born 26 April 1953) [1] is a Welsh actor and author. Early life, family and education. Born in Mumbles, in south Wales, Secombe is son of comedian/singer Harry Secombe (whom he later impersonated in a Goon Show special). Andrew Secombe (born April 26, 1953), more commonly known as Andy Secombe, is a Welsh voice-actor who portrayed Watto in both Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace and Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones and reprised the role in various video games. His father was comedian, actor, and singer Harry Secombe.
