Anna Charlotte Dorothea von Medem was born on February 3, 1761 in Mežotne, Lettonie, daughter of Johann Friedrich von Medem and Charlotte Louise Zoege von Manteuffel. She was married on November 6, 1779 to Peter von Biron, they had 4 children. She died on August 20, 1821 in Löbichau, Allemagne.
