George Augustus Frederick FitzClarence was born in 1794. He was the son of William IV Hannover and Dorothea Bland Jordan. Earl of Munster . He was created 1st Earl of Munster, Viscount FitzClarence and Baron Tewkesbury by his father on 4 June 1831, and was made a Privy Councillor in 1833.
