Barbara di Cilli, o Barbara di Celje (in croato e sloveno Barbara Celjska; in ceco Barbora Cellská; in ungherese Cillei Borbála; Celje, 1392 – Mělník, 11 luglio 1451), è stata imperatrice del Sacro Romano Impero, regina d'Ungheria e Boemia.
Barbara of Cilli or Barbara of Celje (Hungarian: Cillei Borbála, German: Barbara von Cilli, Slovenian and Croatian: Barbara Celjska, 1392 – 11 July 1451), was the Holy Roman Empress and Queen of Hungary and Bohemia by marriage to Holy Roman Emperor Sigismund.

Barbara di Cilli, o Barbara di Celje, è stata imperatrice del Sacro Romano Impero, regina d'Ungheria e Boemia. Ricevette il nomignolo di Messalina di Germania ed ebbe un ruolo strumentale nella creazione dell'Ordine del Drago. Essa fu inoltre reggente d'Ungheria durante l'assenza del marito.
L'Ordine del Drago fu un ordine militare del Sacro Romano Impero Germanico, istituito dall'imperatore Sigismondo per distruggere l'eresia hussita e contenere il potere dell'Impero ottomano.

She received the sobriquet Messalina of Germany. Barbara married Sigismund, King of Hungary in 1408 after the death of Mary of Hungary.
This is the first biography of Barbara of Cilli (1392-1451), Hungarian, Roman-German and Bohemian queen through her marriage to King and later Emperor Sigismund of Luxembourg (1368-1437).
Flourished from 1390 to 1410; daughter of Count William of Cilli; second wife of Zygmunt also known as Sigismund I of Luxemburg, king of Hungary and Bohemia (r. 1387–1437), Holy Roman emperor (r. 1410–1437); children: Elizabeth of Luxemburg (1409–1442, who married Albert II, king of Hungary).
