Renowned earth scientist Naomi Oreskes will give the commencement address at Bard College’s 164th commencement on Saturday, May 25, 2024. Bard President Leon Botstein will confer 395 undergraduate degrees on the Class of 2024 and 229 graduate degrees. Bard will also confer 40 associate degrees from its microcolleges.

Bard has several initiatives for young scholars that enable exceptional students to begin college immediately after the 10th or 11th grades, and where students earn a high school diploma and up to an associate's degree, tuition free, within four years.
