The double-edged sword of Disney using celebrity actors in KH voice roles is that they put out great performances (for the most part) but they're too expensive or busy to consistently voice their characters.
24 mag 2024 · Billy Zane's career has been so weird, especially for someone so splendid looking. I think the last time I saw him was in some antisemetic, anti-American turkish action movie. lol I actually went and watched it in theatres, that movie caused a little scandal here in Germany and I wanted to see if it was really that bad (it was).

14 ott 2020 · I mean, it's Billy Zane. His problem wasn't being better-looking than Leo, but that he was a psychopath in that movie. Speaking of psychopath Billy Zane, Dead Calm is a really good thriller. Though I haven't seen it in decades, so I'm not sure if it still holds up, but he's terrifying in that.

20 set 2020 · I was watching Demon Knight tonight and the guy bleeds charisma. It's a shame his Hollywood career never took off. If he was 10 years younger he would've been a great choice for Lex in bvs.
30 ago 2024 · I'm always done for Michael Jai White beating the fuck out of people as well as Billy Zane looking nearly unrecognizable. Seems like a fun gory film that plays to his strengths. CloseTalker

Same goes for all the Disney characters in Kingdom Hearts. This is the answer. They don't have a choice other than not using the character.
31 lug 2024 · With that said, I do wish it had more of a grainy film look to it, considering the era it's inspired by. The sharp visuals just feel a little conflicting with the vibe. But that's a minor thing. As a spiritual successor to BTAS, I think it scratches that itch, while still being something that feels new and fresh.
