Blue Caprice is a 2013 American independent crime film directed by Alexandre Moors, and based on the 2002 D.C. sniper attacks. The film stars Isaiah Washington and Tequan Richmond as the perpetrators of the attacks, John Allen Muhammad and Lee Malvo, respectively, although the two are only referred to by their first names.

Nell'autunno del 2002, John Williams e Lee Malvo con la loro Chevrolet Caprice blu terrorizzano l'area metropolitana di Washington, lasciandosi dietro una scia di 10 morti e 3 feriti gravi. Per tre settimane, gli assassini riescono a sfuggire alla polizia e la gente ha paura persino di mandare i figli a scuola.

Le deliranti fantasie di riscatto sociale ed esistenziale inquinano la mente del giovane fino a sfociare in una mattanza gratuita e casuale di innocenti cittadini.
