Brenda Boozer (born January 25, 1948) is an American mezzo-soprano who has had an active international career performing in operas and concerts since the mid 1970s. She was a member of the Metropolitan Opera in New York City for 11 seasons.
Brenda Boozer performed leading mezzo-soprano roles for over a decade at the Metropolitan Opera company, as well as many of the world’s most prestigious opera companies throughout Europe, North and South America. She joined Actor’s Equity at 16 years old and performed in Summer Stock theaters.
