4 dic 2019 · Carmel College today. The Carmel College is standing abandoned today, and its majestic mansion and Grade listed Modernist infrastructure are rotting away. A developer has acquired planning permission for 166 homes at Mongewell Park, and recently put up the site for sale at £30 million.
