The concert features verse anthems by John Blow, Henry Cooke and Henry Purcell, as well as Pelham Humfrey, Matthew Locke and Michael Wise.
1 giorno fa · Joanna Forbes L’Estrange’s “A Season to Sing” will be published by the Royal School of Church Music in 2025. The work is a 40-minute reimagining of Vivaldi’s “The Four Seasons” for SATB choir / organ or piano and sets them to poetry and Biblical passages.

1 giorno fa · Between 2018 and 2023, I dedicated my Sundays to being the Director of Music at a parish church in Kent, where I founded a junior choir and designed and built a Choral and Organ Scholarship Programme that won national awards from the Cathedral Music Trust and the Royal School of Church Music.
