Charles William Frederick Cavendish-Bentinck (8 November 1817 – 17 August 1865) was a clergyman of the Church of England who held livings in Bedfordshire. He was also the maternal grandfather of Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother and a great-great-grandfather of King Charles III .

Charles Cavendish Cavendish-Bentinck was born on 7 Oct 1868 the son of Lieutenant-General Arthur Cavendish-Bentinck, who was a grandson of the 3rd Duke of Portland.
