Charlotte Osborne, Duchess of Leeds (16 March 1776 – 30 July 1856), formerly Lady Charlotte Townshend, was the wife of George Osborne, 6th Duke of Leeds. She was the daughter of George Townshend, 1st Marquess Townshend, by his second wife, the former Anne Montgomery.

Sir Thomas Osborne, 2nd Bt (d. 1712), the statesman, was created Earl of Danby in 1674, Marquess of Carmarthen in 1689 and Duke of Leeds in 1694. His additions to the family estates included the manor of Wakefield (Yorkshire, West Riding).
