A very warm welcome to Chingford Foundation School. We have been providing an excellent education to our Chingford community since 1938. Steeped in history, our alumni is impressive; it is proof positive of the high calibre, traditional and ambitious curriculum on offer.
Chingford Foundation School is a coeducational state secondary school and sixth form located in Chingford in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. It is a specialist Humanities College and has been an academy since October 2012.

Academic Curriculum. At Chingford Sixth Form, all students follow an academic curriculum that is best suited to their individual talents and future prospects. The vast majority of students study three A-Levels, however a small number of exceptionally able students can study four A-Levels after agreement from the Head of Sixth Form.
Through the study of English at Chingford Foundation School, we will: Develop students’ speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in order to allow them to effectively communicate with others and better understand and express themselves.
