Biografia. Christoph Waltz nasce il 4 ottobre del 1956 a Vienna, figlio di Elisabeth Urbancic e di Johannes Waltz, due scenografi tedeschi. Dopo aver studiato canto e opera, studia recitazione al Max Reinhardt Seminar di Vienna, si iscrive al Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute di New York.
