Admissions. Admission at College of DuPage is open to anyone who is a high school graduate, has earned a GED or is at least 18 years old and can benefit from college-level instruction. Prospective students need to apply to the Office of Admissions and Outreach in order to be eligible for admission.
Under President Murphy, College of DuPage became America’s largest single-campus community college, a distinction held through 2003. Today, College of DuPage is the second largest provider of higher education in Illinois after the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
