Cristina di Holstein-Gottorp (Kiel, 13 aprile 1573 – Castello di Gripsholm, 8 dicembre 1625) fu una regina consorte di Svezia come consorte di Carlo IX di Svezia, fu madre di Gustavo II Adolfo di Svezia, e una Reggente di Svezia.
La famiglia degli Holstein-Gottorp è una linea minore del casato degli Oldenburg, fondata nel 1544 da Adolfo di Holstein-Gottorp, fratello minore del re Cristiano III di Danimarca, che nella divisione dell'eredità ottenne il ducato di Schleswig e il ducato di Holstein.

Kristina of Holstein-Gottorp. Share. Queen Kristina (Holstein-Gottorp) Kristina was the daughter of Duke Adolf of Holstein-Gottorp and Kristina of Hesse. She married Duke Karl (IX) in 1592. Their marriage produced four children, the most famous of whom was their son Gustav II Adolf. Karl's death allowed more scope for her strong personality.
Christina of Holstein-Gottorp (13 April 1573 in Kiel – 8 December 1625 at Gripsholm Castle) was Queen of Sweden as the second wife of King Charles IX. She served as regent in 1605, during the absence of her spouse, and in 1611, during the minority of her son, King Gustav II Adolph.
