Daniel Scanlon (born June 21, 1976) is an American filmmaker, storyboard artist, and animator working for Pixar, for whom he has directed Monsters University (2013) and Onward (2020). [4] Early life. Scanlon grew up in Clawson, Michigan. [5] .
