Dave Gibbons ( Regne Unit, 14 d'abril de 1949) (nascut a Londres, Anglaterra) és un artista i escriptor anglès conegut principalment per haver dibuixat el còmic Watchmen . Va començar la seva carrera el 1973, contribuent amb el còmic 2000 AD. Des de llavors ha treballat per a les grans editorials dels Estats Units i Gran Bretanya.

Rogue Trooper is a science fiction strip in the British comic 2000 AD, created by Gerry Finley-Day and Dave Gibbons [1] in 1981. [2] It portrays the adventures of a "Genetic Infantryman" named Rogue and three uploaded minds mounted on his equipment who search for the Traitor General who betrayed their regiment to the enemy.
He began his career in Moving Sidewalks, who recorded Flash (1969) and opened four dates for the Jimi Hendrix Experience. Gibbons formed ZZ Top in late 1969 and released ZZ Top's First Album in early 1971. He has also maintained a solo career in recent years, starting with his first album Perfectamundo (2015).
