nothing got it too. It means me. if you have the lamp and the ring, it might have a bonus stat/effect. Ooo. Wasted way too much time on this. I have the ring, the lamp, and farmed until I got the genie you could pick up in the open world with both of them equipped, and then completed the run. Changed absolutely nothing.

I got to level 59 in act 2 because of the ring. that's the ring effect. its nuts.
