Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahin is the second official remake of It Happened One Night, Frank Capra’s Oscar-winning classic comedy-drama starring Clark Gable and Claudette Colbert. The first remake was done in 1956 with Raj Kapoor and Nargis, titled Chori Chori (Stealthily), which won the Filmfare Award for Best Music Director.
