They reunited with Gary for Love Needs No Disguise which finally gave them a UK top 40 hit. Their short career is represented on The Dramatis Project & Futur confusingly credited to Tubeway Army featuring Gary Numan. This is part of the inner sleeve notes from the The Dramatis Project.

Tubeway Army were a London -based new wave band led by lead singer Gary Numan. Formed at the height of punk rock in 1977 the band gradually changed to an electronic sound. They were the first band of the electronic era to have a synthesiser-based number-one hit, with their single "Are 'Friends' Electric?"
An album made by Gary Numan's backing band following his premature (and, as it turned out, temporary) retirement from live performing in 1981. This is NOT Tubeway Army. They are, in actual fact, a far more talented group of musicians. Paradoxically though, thereby hangs the problem. This collection of songs varies in quality.
