Max D. Raiskin (Hebrew: מרדכי רייסקין, June 3, 1919, New York City – December 29, 1978, Tel Aviv, Israel ), was a rabbi, Professor of Hebrew Literature, licensed Certified Public Accountant, author of educational textbooks, and the principal and executive director of the East Side Hebrew Institute .

In 1957, she married Rabbi Max D. Raiskin, and then began teaching history in High Schools, while still maintaining the position of supervisor at the Kindergarten of the East Side Hebrew Institute.
In 1976, Park East was founded by Rabbi Arthur Schneier as a nursery school. In 1981, it merged with East Side Hebrew Institute, once a major institution on the Lower East Side of Manhattan; the integrated school was called Park East Day School, which in 1990 was renamed in honor of Rabbi Schneier.
