8 mag 2009 · My difficulty in answering your question is that "He is easy to be deceived" does not seem correct to me. I could say "It is easy to be deceived", but I would not use the infinitive form of deceive as in the example sentence #2. Grammatically, your own sentence #1 works. It seems an unlikely thing to say, but it is possible to make sense of it.
