Edmond Blanc, né le 22 février 1856 à Paris et mort le 12 décembre 1920 à Neuilly-sur-Seine, est un propriétaire-éleveur de chevaux de course et un homme politique français.
Edmond Blanc (22 February 1856 – 12 December 1920) was a horse breeder as well a French politician. He served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies from 1893 to 1894, and from 1898 to 1902, representing Hautes-Pyrénées.

Edmond Blanc is a former railroader and turner-mill operator of the SNCF workshops in Arles, which has now become the Parc des Ateliers. He also worked for the train museum in Mulhouse where he restored the luggage carts of the Paris-Lyon-Méditerrannée.
Le Prix Edmond Blanc est une course hippique de galop catégorisée groupe III ayant lieu annuellement sur l'hippodrome de Saint-Cloud. Se disputant sur une distance de 1600 mètres, la course est ouverte aux chevaux de quatre ans et plus [1].
