Elan Sherod Carr (born November 25, 1968) is an American lawyer and businessman. He is the CEO of the Israeli American Council. [1] [2] Previously, he was an American attorney and politician who served as the Special Envoy for Monitoring and Combating anti-Semitism under President Donald Trump from 2019 to 2021.
