Countess Elisabeth of Nassau-Dillenburg (born 25 September 1542 in Dillenburg – died: 18 November 1603 in Dillenburg) was a daughter of William I, Count of Nassau-Siegen and Juliana of Stolberg and was one of the sisters of William the Silent.

The counts of Nassau in Dillenburg were the continuation of the main line of the Ottonian counts of Nassau, although only the 2nd oldest after The Netherlands Nassaus/house of Orange-Nassau. John VI is called the "elder", but this is not in relation to his older brother William the Silent, but in relation to his son, John VII "the Middle" and his grandson, John VIII "the younger".

She married Johann VI von Nassau-Dillenburg on 16 July 1559, in Dillenburg, Dillkreis, Hesse-Nassau, Prussia, Germany. They were the parents of at least 8 sons and 5 daughters. She died on 6 July 1579, in Nassau, Offenberg, Deggendorf, Bavaria, Germany, at the age of 42.
