Elisabeth of Denmark (25 August 1573 – 19 July 1625) was duchess consort of Brunswick-Lüneburg as married to Duke Henry Julius of Brunswick-Lüneburg. She was regent of the Duchy of Brunswick-Lüneburg in place of her incapacitated son Frederick Ulrich, Duke of Brunswick-Lüneburg in 1616–1622.
I suoi genitori erano il duca Enrico Giulio di Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel (1564-1613) e la principessa Elisabetta di Danimarca (1573-1625), figlia maggiore del re Federico II di Danimarca. Durante la guerra dei trent'anni ha impedito i saccheggi e squartando in città e la contea di Dietz e ha abilmente negoziato con i comandanti dell'esercito.
Enrico Giulio (1564-1613), duca di Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel, sposò nel 1585 alla principessa Dorotea di Sassonia (1563-1587); sposò nel 1590 alla principessa Elisabetta di Danimarca (1573-1625); Maria (1566-1626), sposò nel 1582 il duca Francesco II di Sassonia-Lauenburg (1547-1619);
