About Elizabeth Houghton. I was born and raised in southern Ontario and lived in the Okanagan Valley for many years before moving north to Kitimat, BC. I completed a BSc in Earth and Environmental Science and am currently pursuing a PhD in Biology at the University of British Columbia (Okanagan).
