Éric Alfred Leslie Satie, detto Erik (IPA: [eˈʁik saˈti]; Honfleur, 17 maggio 1866 – Parigi, 1º luglio 1925), è stato un compositore e pianista francese. Un bizzarro precursore. Quando scherzava la gente non ci credeva, quando ha cominciato a fare il serio tutti ci hanno riso e lui se l’é presa. Forse Satie non l’ha mai capito nessuno e probabilmente è quello che lui ha sempre voluto. Progressista e conservatore. Colto e bizzarro. Ironico, iconoclasta, sarcastico.
