Eufrosina Castamonitissa (... – ...; fl. XII secolo) è stata una nobile bizantina della dinastia dei Castamoniti, era la moglie di Andronico Ducas Angelo (cugino della dinastia imperiale dei Comneni) e madre dei due futuri imperatori bizantini della famiglia Angelo: Isacco II Angelo e Alessio III Angelo .
Euphrosyne Kastamonitissa ( Greek: Εύφροσύνη Κασταμονίτισσα) was a Byzantine noblewoman of the Kastamonites family, a wife of Andronikos Doukas Angelos (a cousin of the ruling Komnenos dynasty) and mother of the two future Byzantine emperors from the Angelos family: Isaac II Angelos and Alexios III Angelos . Euphrosyne and Alexios III Angelos died in Arta, Greece in the year 1211-1212). Alexios III Angelos (c. 1153 – 1211), raised to sebastokrator by his brother Isaac II Angelos, usurped the throne from him in 1195.
