Director of the Academy, European Diplomatic Academy – Pilot Programme. Federica Mogherini is the Rector of the College of Europe (since September 2020) and Director of the Pilot Programme of the European Diplomatic Academy, implemented by the College of Europe (since August 2022).
Federica MOGHERINI is the Rector of the College of Europe since September 2020. She is also the co-chair of the UN High Level Panel on Internal Displacement and a former EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
