Not a gore film as such, but unrelenting verbal nastiness nevertheless. As the comments have started to show I have chosen favorite horror films, not necessarily gore films. I kind of blur the distinction between the various kinds of horror films. The one below is definitely a fine example of a spaltter/ gore film. I didn't make a comment on Mania!
