Frédéric Chichin, dit Fred Chichin, né le 1 er mai 1954 à Clichy et mort le 27 novembre 2007 à Villejuif, est un musicien multi-instrumentiste, auteur-compositeur-interprète de rock. En 1979, il a formé avec Catherine Ringer le groupe Les Rita Mitsouko qui a connu un grand succès.

Les Rita Mitsouko è un gruppo pop rock francese in attività dal 1980 al 2008, formato dal chitarrista Fred Chichin e dalla cantante Catherine Ringer. Il duo si esibì per la prima volta al Gibus Club di Parigi nel 1980.
