Friedrich Wilhelm Graf von Bismarck (28 July 1783 – 18 June 1860) was a German lieutenant general, diplomat and military writer. He wrote several major military-political works and military histories, which were very pro-Napoleon.

Il conte Bismarck come prussiano di Bonn. Wilhelm Otto Albrecht von Bismarck-Schönhausen, dal 1865 conte von Bismarck-Schönhausen, detto Bill (Francoforte sul Meno, 1º agosto 1852 – Varzin, 30 maggio 1901), fu un politico e avvocato amministrativo tedesco.
As Prime Minister of Prussia since 1862, he gained the comital title ( Graf) of Bismarck-Schönhausen in 1865 and the hereditary princely status of a Fürst von Bismarck after the Franco-Prussian War in 1871, followed by the Proclamation of the German Empire on 18 January 1871. He served as Germany's first chancellor until 1890.
