Georg Jacoby was an actor, film and theatre director. He started to play on stage in 1915 and in cinema in WWI propaganda films. After 1919, he was only a film director. In 1922, he made So sind die Männer (1923) ("The Little Napoleon"), in which Marlene Dietrich had a bit part.
Georg Gustav Franz Jacoby (* 23. Juli 1882 in Mainz; † 21. Februar 1964 in München) [1] war ein deutscher Autor, Filmproduzent und Regisseur, der bei mehr als 200 Filmen Regie führte.
