Gnaeus Domitius Ahenobarbus (c. 2 BC – January AD 41) was a member of the imperial Julio-Claudian dynasty of Ancient Rome. Domitius was the son of Antonia Major (daughter of emperor Augustus ' sister Octavia Minor and her second husband Mark Antony ).
Gnaeus Domitius Ahenobarbus (died 31 BC) was a general and politician of ancient Rome in the 1st century BC. [1] Life. During Caesar's civil war, Ahenobarbus was captured with his father, Lucius Domitius Ahenobarbus, at Corfinium in 49 BC, and was present at the Battle of Pharsalus in 48 BC, but did not take any further part in the war.

Gnaeus Domitius Ahenobarbus was a Roman general who became one of the chief partisans of Mark Antony after Antony defeated the assassins of Julius Caesar. With his father, Lucius Domitius Ahenobarbus, he had been a member of the group that in 49 bc made an unsuccessful attempt to prevent Caesar.

22 apr 2021 · Nero was born Lucius Domitius Ahenobarbus on 15 December AD 37. He was the son of Gnaeus Domitius Ahenobarbus and Agrippina the Younger. Both Gnaeus and Agrippina were the grandchildren of Augustus, giving Nero Augustus' great, great grandson a strong claim to power.
