Great for bursting. literally everywhere lol. Always use it when fighting anything that drops bones or big bones. It's pretty much a must for bursting in catacombs. It's also useful in various hunter training methods because bones won't accumulate in your inventory.
8 set 2018 · The non-meme answer is Zwei kills everything faster assuming you know the optimal attacks and combinations of attacks for every zed/zed squad. Now technically zweihander has the most dps, but it's balanced by it's poor damage type, Slashing. So overal Bonecrusher and Zweihander do the same damage.
Death runes are more valuable so I understand if you want to draw some kind of line, but for me, I use it everywhere except infernal ashes. Any amount of passive prayer exp is worth the death runes. Even for vile ashes, I’d take 625/1,250prayer exp over 10 death runes any day. Most importantly, I like clean floors.

The Dragon Bone Smasher is a Very Large Sword in Demon's Souls.
This weapon is upgraded using Colorless Demon's Souls and can only be found in Pure White World Tendency, in the very bottom of the Stonefang Mines, by entering the inner sanctum of the Dragon God's temple and immediately turning left down a rubble-strewn corridor; the sword is partially buried under some rocks.
•The player can get a piece of Pure Greystone by accepting Scirvir the Wanderer's request to retrieve the Dragon Bone Smasher and talking to him with the Dragon Bone Smasher currently visible on his/her person.
•Despite the implications of its description, it deals regular physical damage, not blunt.
•The wielder gains a 20 point bonus to fire defense while holding this weapon.
•The weapon is a reference to the sword Dragonslayer from the manga series Berserk, which has been noted as a heavy inspiration for the game.

A Bone Crusher in your inventory will automatically crush bones from monsters you kill, granting you half of the experience you would from burying them normally. Eventually, if you complete the Elite Tier Morytania Achievement Diary, you will be able to get 100% of the experience as if you were burying them.
