Gun are a Scottish hard rock band from Glasgow. The band currently consists of brothers Dante Gizzi (lead vocals) and Giuliano "Jools" Gizzi (guitar), along with Paul McManus (drums), Andy Carr (bass) and Davie Aitken (guitar).

29 feb 2024 · The front row were reaching out, trying to get a grip on the band, especially guitarist Guiliano Gizzi who found his way back and forth towards the audience while playing. His youthful energy was infectious, seemingly even hyping up the other members of the band to loosen up and rock with the music.

11 lug 2023 · Den skotske gruppa Gun, med brødreparet Dante og Guiliano Gizzi på vokal og gitar i spissen, ga ut sin forrige skive, «Favourite Positions», i 2017, og så ble det stille. Litt for stille, til og med for pandemitider. Men i høst dukket albumet «The Calton Songs» opp, men en ny låt og omarrangerte akustiske nyinnspillinger av eldre låter.

Gun's original studio lineup consisted of Mark Rankin on lead vocals, Guiliano Gizzi and Baby Stafford on guitar, Dante Gizzi on bass, and Scott Shields on drums. Mark Rankin’s cousin, Sharleen Spiteri, sang backing vocals on the band's first albums, Taking on the World and Gallus.
