La copertina è firmata da Graham Humphries, uno che con Brian collaborò ai tempi dei Lords of the New Church per disegnare le copertine dei primi due album della band che Brian condivideva con l’altro reduce Stiv Bators, standogli al fianco come aveva fatto Cheetah Chrome ai tempi dei Dead Boys.

The CD is a collection of short straightforward songs. Cheetah Chrome (Dead Boys) and Adam Becvar are also involved.
