With David Hemmings, Daly formed Hemdale Film Corporation in 1967. Hemdale had many diverse entertainment business interests, and grew rapidly in the 1970s by managing bands such as Yes , Black Sabbath , as reported in Billboard Magazine, 2 September 1972, and many other well-known UK artists.
