Highgate is an award-winning School. The Sunday Times Schools Guide. Highgate School was named Independent School of the Decade by The Sunday Times Schools Guide for 2021. Joining our Senior School. In September 2025, we hope to welcome approximately 80 children (boys and girls) to our Year 7. They will join around 105 Junior School pupils, moving from Year 6 into our Senior School. Below we have outlined the admissions process step by step.
Our School is a short distance from central London and adjacent to Hampstead Heath. Home to the famous Victorian cemetery (where Communist philosopher, Karl Marx, is buried alongside other notable people), Highgate Village has retained much of the surrounding green expanse.
