Sir Horace George Montagu Rumbold, 9th Baronet, GCB, GCMG, KCVO, PC (5 February 1869 – 24 May 1941) was a British diplomat. A well-travelled man who learned Arabic, Japanese and German, he is largely remembered for his role as British Ambassador to Berlin from 1928 to 1933 in which he warned of the ambitions of Hitler and Nazi Germany.

Sir Horace Rumbold, 8th Baronet, GCB, GCMG, PC (2 July 1829 – 3 November 1913) was a British diplomat who was minister or ambassador to several countries. He succeeded his brother, Charles, as Baronet in 1877.
Figlio di Horace Rumbold, diplomatico, e di Caroline Harrington. Baronetto. Etheldred Constantia Fane, figlia di Sir Edmund Douglas Veitch Fane, diplomatico britannico. Studiò a Eton. Dal 1891 fu attivo quale diplomatico nelle sedi del Cairo, Teheran, Vienna, Madrid, Monaco, Tokio e Berlino (fino all'agosto del 1914).
