Audioslave was an American rock supergroup formed in Glendale, California, in 2001. The four-piece band consisted of Soundgarden 's lead singer and rhythm guitarist Chris Cornell with Rage Against the Machine members Tom Morello (lead guitar), Tim Commerford (bass/backing vocals), and Brad Wilk (drums).

In June 2003 they played at the Hultsfred Festival in Sweden where they put on a quite stunning show which was recorded for local FM Radio Transmission. Featuring tracks from their first record, plus a few rarities and a fine selection of cover versions - including The Clash s White Riot and The White Stripes Seven Nation Army - the audience were left screaming for more.
