Iannis Xenakis nel 1975. Musicista, architetto, ingegnere civile di famiglia greca. Nato a Braila (Romania) nel 1922 è morto a Parigi nel 2001. La sua formazione spazia dagli studi all'Istituto Politecnico di Atene al Conservatorio Nazionale Superiore di Parigi con Olivier Messiaen.
