Ike Clanton, vero nome Joseph Isaac Clanton (Contea di Callaway, 1847 – Springerville, 1º giugno 1887), è stato un pistolero statunitense. Membro della banda di fuorilegge nota come Cowboys operante nei dintorni di Tombstone (Arizona) negli anni ’80 del XIX secolo.
Ike Clanton, da parte sua, affermò durante il processo successivo alla sparatoria che Wyatt e Doc Holliday fossero entrambi coinvolti nella rapina e che cercarono di ucciderlo perché lui ne era a conoscenza, ma non riuscì mai a spiegare per quale motivo, come lui stesso disse, i due avrebbero dovuto rivelargli una notizia del genere.

He also led a group to assassinate Virgil Earp, leaving him handicapped for life. He was later killed by officer Jonas V. Brighton, but his body was disputed on how it was disposed of.
