Ingo Steuer (born 1 November 1966) is a German pair skater and skating coach. With Mandy Wötzel, he is the 1998 Olympic bronze medalist, the 1997 World champion, the 1995 European champion, and a four-time German national champion. As a coach, he led Aliona Savchenko and Robin Szolkowy of Germany to multiple world and European titles.

Ingo Steuer (* 1. November 1966 in Karl-Marx-Stadt) ist ein ehemaliger deutscher Eiskunstläufer, der im Paarlauf für die DDR und Deutschland startete. An der Seite von Mandy Wötzel wurde er 1997 Weltmeister und 1995 Europameister.

20 feb 2022 · Aber nur wenige Tage, dann warf man Ingo Steuer Stasi-Verstrickungen vor. Der Trainer wurde nicht für Olympia nominiert. Per Gerichtsbeschluss erzwang er seine Aufnahme ins Olympiateam.
Ingo Steuer started his pairs career with the non-Olympian Manuela Landgraf, and they won the 1984 World Juniors together, and were eighth at the 1985 World Championships (seniors). He then skated briefly with the non-Olympian Ines Müller, but she retired after the 1990-91 season and Steuer spent a year without a partner before he and Mandy Wötzel joined forces.
